Hi, i have buy a condo from developer with SPA amount of RM414,000 and developer gives 7% of rebate. The price after rebate was RM385,000. But one of the document was shows that the “Base Value” RM350,020. So, basically is that the property valuation is below the loan amount right?

May i know is this a normal condition or not.
